How to do Kayakalpa Yoga Postures?
Kayakalpa Yoga contains Kayakalpa Yoga Postures that were systematized and gifted to us by our guru Yogiraj Sri. Vethathiri Maharishi.
KayaKalpa Yoga Postures primarily comprises of two sets:
Morning Postures are of three types:
In each of the three postures, one needs to practice Aswini Mudra and Ojas breathing.
Evening postures are of two types:
Standing (two postures)
In each of the two types in three postures, one needs to do Aswini Mudra and Ojas Breathing.
Apart from the two main sets, Kayakalpa yoga postures are also taught to be done during a meal, a drink, before going to sleep and during sexual intercourse.
