Yoga keeps the body in complete harmony with nature.

The body consists of the 5 Panchaboothas - body, water, fire, air and ether.

To maintain harmony in the body, Shri Vethathiri Maharishi has systematised a simple form of 7x7 sets of yoga exercises that tunes the body and regulates heat circulation, water circulation and air circulation.

As a result of this, life force circulation and magnetic circulation are also regularised.

Therefore, the body maintains harmony and there will be no pains, diseases or ailments.

To be able to do this we must understand posture and movement that will be demonstrated by a Guru which helps maintain harmony.

These exercise are not curative, but a preventive set of exercises.
